  1. well..i don't know if I am going down the wrong road here, but the other week I had that bit fall off my hs20, BP put me right and all was well. last week I removed the neck strap from my hs20 cause it's always in the way, for a week I have just been holding it my hand by the grip part...now that is starting to fall off as well. don't think I can repair an area that big...need some sort of wrist strap..

  2. There have been many lovely pictures posted this week by everyone, but this one from Bill is amazing, beautiful colours and tones, wonderful  scenery, fantastic light, and it all looks so peaceful and tranquil. A truly lovely image that makes you so want to be there...

  3. I still have that old snakes skin that phil said would be good to try stacking with. they reckon we have rain tomorrow so maybe I shall give it another go. I do have a macro rail but I have never worked out how to use that either!

  4. I know where your coming from leon, tis a great feeling. I was over the moon when one of mine was published and an artist asked if they could paint another.

I do sell mine as cards myself. I print them and mount them in various ways on to good quality card, pop them in cello bags and sell them for 1.00 each at car boots, along with the more crafted cards I make. I always sell at least half a basket load at every boot sale I do, that amounts to about 15 cards in four hours.

  5. very pleased that you are enjoying your new camera leon....and that you are back posting.

I see nothing wrong in using auto. I use it myself sometimes. it's the final image that matters.

I love my canon, but I will never part with my hs20, it is my take anywhere camera, and although I have been told I should use the raynox on the 75-300 lens on the canon I just cannot master it.
